The Washington University
Pediatric Division of Hematology/Oncology outpatient clinic at St.
Louis Children's Hospital has a comprehensive follow-up program
specifically for addressing the concerns and needs of childhood
cancer survivors. Dr. Robert Hayashi is
the medical director and Jeanne Harvey is the pediatric nurse practitioner of this outpatient clinic; they see children
and young adults who are at least two years off therapy. Other specialists who may see patients in this clinic include a neuropsychologist, psychologist, social worker, school liaison, occupational therapist, chaplain, and a dietitian. For more
